Introducing Ourselves

Hi, I’m Jasslie Salinas, founder of Balance Ledger Services.

I’m an accountant with a background rooted in construction, service-based industries, and corporate financial reporting. My journey started as an auditing intern, but I quickly found my niche working alongside subcontractors in the field. I spent time inside a company specializing in HVAC installation for multi-family projects, where I learned how estimates are built, bids are submitted, and how crucial job costing and scheduling really are to profitability.

That’s where I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be to keep up with the books while managing the moving pieces of a job — and that’s where my passion for bookkeeping in the construction space really took hold.

From there, I worked in equipment rentals and medical staffing, where I gained experience with inventory control, fixed assets, and maximizing margins in service-heavy industries. Eventually, I joined one of the largest developers in the country, working on the back end of financial reporting and learning how to present complex data clearly to executives.

Now, I bring that full-circle experience to you. At Ledger Balance Services, I help contactors and service providers get their books in order, understand their numbers, and make smarter decisions for growth — all with the strategic lens of an accountant who speaks your language.
